Meet Mitch
Mitch was a 14-year veteran of the Appleton Fire Department when he tragically lost his life in the line of duty. Mitch had a passion for serving and helping those in need, his family was the most important thing in his life, and it was obvious to everyone who knew him.
Our Mission
To honor the life and spirit of fallen firefighter Mitch Lundgaard by raising funds to support the Mitch Lundgaard Memorial Fire Science Scholarship at Fox Valley Technical College, to financially support other families who experience significant tragedies and other activities that benefit the community in honor of Mitch.
Our Contribution
Lundgaard Love Foundation has contributed more than $65,000 to support families, individuals, and our community. Our commitment to supporting our communities has never been stronger.
